A detailed demonstration and explanation of proper balloon inflation using both a hand pump and electric balloon pump, balloon tying, and creating a cluster of 6 balloons. As well as linking the balloon clusters together using a fishing line in order to create a garland. Everyone will create their own mini 3-4 long balloon garland.
Assistance and tips will be provided while everyone is building their garland.
Instructions on how to hang your garland at home. Distribute command hooks to take home.
